One paid plan

The sheets are free forever, worked figures and all. Sudslane Pro is the record behind them: every customer with the house you clean, every recurring visit on the board with the cleaners assigned to it, the hours they logged, the quote you sent at the price the sheet worked out and the invoice that followed it. One plan, one price, the whole business, and it exports whenever you ask.

Should you just buy a general trades suite?

If you also fit boilers, mow lawns or run electricians, buy a suite: Housecall Pro and Jobber cover sixteen trades and will cover cleaning well enough. Sudslane is for the business whose whole day is cleaning, where the price is built out of paid hours and supplies and the schedule is a repeating visit rather than a one-off call-out.

Prices read from each vendor's own pricing page on 2026-09-06 and licensed in research/data/claims.tsv: ZenMaid lists Starter at $19 a month, Pro at $39 and Pro Max at $49 (https://get.zenmaid.com/pricing); Housecall Pro lists Basic at $59 a month billed annually, Essentials at $149 and MAX at $299 (https://www.housecallpro.com/pricing/); MaidCentral says it starts at $450 a month and scales on the number of physical locations (https://maidcentral.com/pricing/).
