What this service is

Sudslane is software for pricing and scheduling cleaning work. The free sheets do arithmetic on the figures you type; the paid plan keeps customers, recurring visits, crew hours, quotes and invoices on record and exports them. We are the vendor: Sudslane is built and run by Ellul Solutions Ltd, and your contract for it is with that company rather than with any intermediary.

How we are paid

Sudslane Pro is $39 a month, billed monthly to the card you give at checkout. You pay us: the money goes to Ellul Solutions Ltd, which is the name that appears on the receipt and the card statement, and we take no commission from anyone else for recommending any product. It renews monthly at the same price until you cancel from the account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Sudslane charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Sudslane never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The sheet index and what it is

The index lists every sheet on this site with the measured monthly search demand behind it, so you can see why each one exists. It is our own measurement, published as data rather than as a claim.

No warranty

The sheets do the arithmetic you ask of them on the figures you enter. They are not an appraisal of your business, a tax calculation or advice on what to charge, and they cannot know your local market; the price you quote is your decision. We give no warranty beyond that the software does what this site says it does.
